Lost & Found Disc Golf is a service operated by RJ Chirkis as a sole proprietorship. By writing your phone number on your disc, you agree to receive SMS notifications from Lost & Found Disc Golf if your disc is found.

Service Terms

• SMS messages are only sent for lost disc notifications.
• Message frequency: Only when your lost disc is found.
• Message & data rates may apply.
• Users must reply "START" to receive notifications.
• Users may reply "STOP" at any time to opt out.

Limitation of Liability

Lost & Found Disc Golf is provided as a service to the disc golf community. We are not responsible for delays in notifications, unclaimed discs, or any other consequences resulting from lost disc notifications.
